Hello Families,

My name is Kristen Druda, and I am proud to serve as the Parent Coordinator at The Harbor View School. Whether you are joining our school for the first time or returning for another wonderful year, I would like to extend a warm welcome to you and your family!

As Parent Coordinator, I am here to help strengthen the connection between home and school. I work closely with our administration, teachers, support staff, PTA, and community partners to ensure that families have the information, resources, and support they need to help their children succeed.

I can assist with:

• Answering questions about school programs, events, and policies
• Helping families stay informed about important school news and opportunities
• Connecting families with school staff and community resources
• Supporting student registration and enrollment questions
• Assisting with translation and interpretation needs
• Encouraging family engagement through workshops, celebrations, and volunteer opportunities
• Helping families navigate NYC Kids RISE, after-school programs, and other student services
• Listening to your concerns and making sure you are connected with the right people for support

My goal is to ensure that every family feels welcomed, informed, valued, and actively engaged in our school community.

I encourage you to reach out whenever you have a question, need assistance, or would simply like to learn more about opportunities for your child and family.
